STM Group is proud to announce a new charity partnership with The Butterfly Tree, a UK-registered charity supporting vulnerable and remote communities in Zambia.
Founded in 2006, The Butterfly Tree operates entirely through volunteers and directs virtually 100% of donations to the front line. Their work spans health, education, clean water, food security, and orphan support, with an emphasis on long-term, sustainable impact for communities affected by poverty and the HIV/AIDS pandemic.
From building rural schools and clinics to installing solar-powered boreholes and distributing emergency food supplies, The Butterfly Tree has become a lifeline for many communities near Zambia’s Victoria Falls. Their transparent, community-led approach is one of the many reasons STM chose to support this inspiring organisation.

At STM, we believe in creating positive change by supporting causes that reflect our values of integrity, community, and care.
This partnership will see STM staff, clients, and partners given opportunities to engage in meaningful fundraising initiatives throughout the year. Our goal is to raise awareness and generate financial support that can contribute directly to the life-changing work being done on the ground in Zambia.
