STM are delighted to announce the award of winner of the Customer Care Initiative of the Year beating of fierce competition in a group of nine other finalists. Our submission was based on our work with South West Trains and their fatality mitigation project which has proved incredibly successful. Comedian Jimmy Carr presented the award to STMs Account Manager Malcolm Harris with Alessandro Finistrella from the South West Trains Management team.
