Due to continued growth, STM Group are recruiting for a dedicated, experienced, and inventive, individual to join the team as an Operations Support Manager, working on a full- time basis within the STM South Team.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the role provides Operational Support across a number of contracts, with specific focus on the recruitment and training across the region.

The candidate will be expected to manage the Operational functions of the contracts on a daily basis with emphasis on ensuring all client and shift requirements are fulfilled and conducting welfare and client visits.

The candidate must have previous experience of working in an operations role at Supervisor level, as this role would be the first point of contact on a daily basis. The candidate must have the skills to be able to control and deal with emergency situations, communicate at all levels internally within the business and externally with the client, whilst creating a positive culture for the team to work in.

The post requires the holder to have a valid SIA licence and DBS check.

Hours – minimum 40 Hours per week, this will include days, nights and weekends

Location – Stratford Head office, with a minimum of 3 days a week on sites
