STM is recruiting for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your career for a leading, national security firm. The successful applicant will take responsibility of supervising, coaching, and developing a team of Security Officers and Customer Service teams with the business portfolio whilst ensuring that there is a full manning of all assignments during your rostered shift. The candidate will be required to carry out site and client visits and seeking to resolve any issues that arise. The Operations Supervisor also has responsibility for the recruiting and induction and new employees for the contract.

The Operations Supervisor will report to the Senior Operations Manager in relation to their duties and responsibilities. The position will be field based across sites within London and the South of England.  The Operations Supervisor role requires the successful candidate to work 5 days out of 7 days on a rotating roster basis which will include weekends, late and early shifts.

The successful candidate must hold a valid SIA license (door supervisor or equivalent) and a clean valid driver’s license (minimum of 2 years).
