STM Group are recruiting for an organised, motivated and experienced Administrator to support the Company’s South Business Region. The administrator will assist the Regional Manager and Operational Team to provide an efficient and professional service that meets the client requirements by supporting them with administrative tasks.
The Administrator will carry out a range of duties to support the South Business Regions team and its requirements, these include:
- To ensure that records are held and updated as required.
- 1st point of contact for the Regional Manager, responding to requests as appropriate
- Ensure training briefing records are maintained and highlight any action points to the Management Team
- Work alongside the Operational Team and ensure all updates of all reporting logs
- Completion of period end graphs
- Update and management of uniform requests and distribution to staff, ensuring that all items are itemised and logged accurately, including return uniform of leavers
- Issue equipment and passes and maintaining records
- To ensure all new starters receive uniform and associated administration support to undertake their duties.
