STM Group are recruiting for a hard- working and determinate individual to join our dynamic, fast- growing team, as the lead Administrator for one of the Company’s biggest contracts.

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will assist the Account Manager and Operational Team to provide an efficient and professional service that meets the client requirements by supporting them with a range of administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for organising and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

Administration Duties:

  • Assist in the establishment of systems of monitoring and control, designed to ensure appropriate control over all critical service points, to maximise customer satisfaction, minimise customer complaints and other adverse feedback.
  • Ensure training briefing records are maintained and entered into the New Training Record Matrix and highlight any action points to the Management Team.
  • Undertake site visits and mystery shopper audits.
  • Update and management of uniform requests and distribution to staff, ensuring that all items are itemised and logged accurately and saved on the server/shared drive.
  • Full ownership of bearer pass issue to employees, retaining record and managing return.
  • Ensure Health & Safety, quality, and general procedure compliance.
  • Comply policies and procedures relating to H&S, data protection, equal opportunities, resource management and employment.
  • Undertaking adhoc projects as they arise i.e, account telephone logs, site matrixes.

Operational Duties:

  • Accountable for the completion of standard or non-standard tasks within own area.
  • Interacts with stakeholders around specific work efforts and deliverables.
  • Supervises the activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards, taking account of impact outside area of responsibility.
  • Maybe subject to regular local supervision of progress against results and escalates issues when required.

KPI Responsibilities:

  • Record, log and mitigate all KPI related tasks and attend client meetings where required.
  • To identify all KPI trends via data analysis and communicate these to the Operations Management team.
  • To suggest improvements in current process to help reduce future KPI failures.
