STM Group (UK) Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your career for a leading, national Company. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the Account Manager will take full responsibility in leading and proactively managing the commercial and operational delivery of services to a prestigious railway client, MTR Elizabeth Line, by developing and managing customer relationships with all key stakeholders.

As Strategic Lead, the Account Manager will drive performance and ensure that all management information is captured and compiled in a timely and accurate manner and analysed to implement any necessary actions, to meet both internal and external customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction- in accordance with STM’s Service Strategy. The Account Manager will also drive compliance to STM and industry standards across the designated portfolio and ensure that client KPI’s are achieved.

Equally, the Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities with existing and new clients for commercial growth and the retention of client contracts.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong relationship building skills are essential.
  • A proven track record in management is required.
  • Experience in the railway industry is preferred but not essential.
