STM Group (UK) Ltd takes immense pride in announcing that they have been shortlisted, as finalists, in two categories at the Fire & Security Matters Awards 2022.
Being hosted on 28th April 2022, the Fire & Security Matters Awards are aimed at promoting and celebrating the importance of innovation, within the industry, whilst also underlining the highest standards of excellence.
With what is set out to be a fantastic and memorable evening, STM Group is overjoyed to be both nominated and attending this reputable event, having the opportunity to celebrate achievements, within the industry, and network with fellow professionals.
The Company is extremely honoured to be shortlisted in the two following categories:
- Security Manager of the Year – Dan Reed (Regional Manager for STM’s South Unit Team)
- Security Guarding Company of the year.
Being nominated, as a whole Company, is an extremely gratifying feeling, where it comes with a great sense of pride knowing that STM Group is being recognised for its hard-work, dedication and commitment to the industry, its clients and the wider population.
In addition to this, it is remarkable to see a particular individual at, STM Group, being recognised for their true commitment and devotion to both their role and the business, with their achievements not only now being recognised within the Company, but on a much wider scale such as the prestigious Fire & Security Matters awards ceremony.
Dan Reed (Regional Manager) is a fantastic leader, admired by his fellow peers and someone who works tirelessly, day-in-day-out, to uphold the strong reputation of STM Group, and continue the, admirable, working relationship between STM and their prestigious client South Western Rail (SWR).
With his exceptional work ethic put into effect, Dan Reed was recently promoted from Operations Manager to Regional Manager in September 2021, and has undoubtedly progressed the future of STM, and its client relationships, to exceeding levels.
Speaking to Paul Jacomb (CEO at STM Group (UK) Ltd) at the time of the promotion, here is what he had to say in regard to Dan’s achievement:
