STM Group is a finalist in the BSIA’s ‘British Security Awards’ 2020!
We are excited to be shortlisted in 3 categories:
• Business of the Year – ‘recognises businesses that have contributed to making a difference in how professional security operates in the 21st century’
• Contribution to the Industry (STM CEO, Paul Jacomb) – ‘celebrates an individual who has not only dedicated themselves to a career in security but has shown outstanding leadership and flair; someone who has contributed significantly to the promotion of good practice, developed new ways of working or has been at the forefront of developing innovate technology’.
• Innovative Security Project – ‘recognises projects that represent a first for the industry, for a particular market or a new application for an existing security solution’.
The judges have received over 130 entries and said, ‘the standard of nominations was exceptional and the judging panel had a very difficult job shortlisting which companies and projects would make it to the finals. It is therefore a fantastic achievement and we congratulate you on making it to this stage’.
The national finals were meant to take place on 1 July in London, however due to Coronavirus this has been moved to an online event on the same day with a special guest Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, Cressida Dick.
Huge thank you to all the STM heroes for making it possible.
