The STM focus is on providing consistent, reliable, service delivery, by getting the right people, to the right place, at the right time. A proactive management approach, combined with a robust quality system, will ensure the STM focus is on prevention (as opposed to cure). STM will use a combination of internal customer (staff) development, and technology, to apply a continuous improvement philosophy, adding tangible value wherever possible. STM recognises that each customer is different, and will use its experience to create an individual service strategy to meet specific external customer (client) needs.
STM holds ISO 14001 Environmental and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety certifications. These accreditations provide assurance to STM clients, with external audits of the STM Quality Management System verifying adherence to STM processes and procedures – ultimately providing confidence in the ability of STM to deliver a fully compliant service to its clients.
STM embraces the philosophy of responsible business practice, and compliance with industry standards as an absolute minimum. All relevant Company policies are included within the STM Employee Handbook, a copy which is provided to all staff on completion of the Company Induction and Training Programme.
